• Ministry is both a responsibility and a right of all the baptized.
• Ministry is a loving response to our baptismal call wherein we are gifted by God.
• God entrusts the community of the baptized with an abundance of gifts so that we are empowered to fulfill our mission in the world.
• Gifts for ministry include one’s personality, life experiences, and strengths.
